Hartley Lifecare is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Disability Support Worker to help support three clients in their own home.

The position will have the following roster:

Fixed Term Contract: June 2025 - December 2025

Hours:

Week 1: Thurs: 6 am - 10 am, 10 am - 2 pm, Fri: 5 pm - 8 pm, Mon: 6:30 am - 10 am, Tues: 3:30 pm - 10:30 pm, 10:30 pm - 6:30 am S/O, Wed: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, 10:30 pm - 6:30 am S/O

Week 2: Thurs: 3:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Fri: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Mon: 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm, Tues: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm Wed: 10 pm - 6 am S/O

The successful candidate must have:

• A current provisional or full Australian driver's licence
• WWVP card with NDIS activities
• Valid First Aid Certificate (Must be from a Registered Training Organisation)
• Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and possess a NDIS certificate of completion https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/login/index.php
