Seimosei Australia Pty Ltd. Is a Disability Support Service where we believe there is nothing more rewarding than providing genuine support to people with disabilities. Here at Seimosei we deliver support with a smile to our participants and work with them to grow their capability for independent living, in-home support, provide domestic support, home care, and community access.
What we do.
Seimosei supports a range of participants with different needs. We believe in person-based support as each individual is different. If you are looking to enter the industry, we have entry-level positions available, in which we will provide training.

Taking & assisting participants to appointments
Taking & assisting participants to social events
Taking & assisting Participants with shopping
Engaging with participants in the community
Domestic Assistance: Included but not limited to.
Tidying up
Vacuuming & moping
Wiping down surfaces
Cooking assistance
Self Care: Included but not limited to.
Showering & Toileting
Massaging
Meal assistance
Some manual handling (manual handling Cert. required)
Mental health Support: Included but not limited to.
Assisting Participants with overwhelming tasks
Providing a safe and comfortable environment for participants
Following and implementing care plans to avoid and manage crises management
Experience in mental health and complex behaviours will be highly desirable.
