About the Role:

As a Disability Service Coordinator, you’ll take on a key leadership position, overseeing personalized support programs and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You’ll collaborate with frontline staff, healthcare professionals, educators, and stakeholders to provide compassionate, person-centred care while ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.

This full-time role offers growth potential, with opportunities to transition into a Service Manager position and expand your leadership skills in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & mentor your team – Supervise Disability Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, providing coaching and development.

Drive service excellence – Oversee and continuously improve support delivery, ensuring services meet NDIS standards and client goals.

Champion client success – Engage with participants and families, keeping their goals at the centre of every support plan.

Collaborate & build partnerships – Work closely with support coordinators, plan managers, and external stakeholders to deliver joined-up services.

Monitor outcomes & manage risk – Oversee incident reporting, audits, compliance, and service documentation.

Keep operations running smoothly – Manage resources, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to drive long-term growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Leadership experience in disability or community services (2-5 years preferred)
- Strong communication & organizational skills – able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping your team engaged
- Confidence in managing risk, reporting incidents, and ensuring compliance
- Passionate, resilient, and committed to making a difference every single day
- Expertise in NDIS regulations, person-centred practices, and safeguarding frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, NDIS portals, rostering, and budgeting
