About the Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and person-centred delivery of services, and for overseeing the day-to-day operations of participant homes. This role requires regular attendance at our Strathpine office and active involvement in managing facilities located across South Brisbane.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee the daily running of participant homes across South Brisbane, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and compliant environment

Maintain participant documentation in line with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies

Build strong working relationships with participants, families, guardians, clinicians, and external agencies

Monitor and manage restrictive practices, ensuring alignment with Positive Behaviour Support Plans

Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to support workers

Respond to and manage incidents, conduct follow-ups, and implement preventative strategies

Uphold professionalism and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture within the Strathpine office

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a service coordination or team leadership role within disability or mental health services

Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework, trauma-informed care, and restrictive practices

Proven ability to manage participant supports and facility operations across multiple locations

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

Current Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and Blue Card

Willingness and availability to work from the Strathpine office and travel to sites in South Brisbane as required
