A role is now opened for a Full Time Customer Service Officer

About the Role

Duties and responsibilities

• Respond to customer parts enquiry's walk-in phone & online
• Processing parts quotes, orders, invoices and payments
• Various parts warehousing tasks, eg, sorting, ordering, stock take
• Above all, good customer interaction

Skills & Experience

• Previous Customer Service /Retail Sales Experience
• Computer literate and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Demonstrate problem solving and good communication skills
• Physically fit with the ability to safely lift loads and manually handle goods
• Possess initiative & flexibility

This is a full time position. Monday to Friday 8am -5pm
