About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Bathla', a leading property developer, as an Estimator and Tender Coordinator. Based in Girraween, NSW, this full-time role will see you play a pivotal part in the organisation's continued growth and success in the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

Review detailed cost estimates and tenders for civil construction projects

Liaising with contractors to gather pricing and tender submissions

Analysing project scope, plans and specifications to identify all cost components

Preparing comprehensive tender reviews

Continuously looking for ways to improve the estimating and tendering process

What we're looking for

Significant experience as an Estimator or Tender Coordinator in the civil construction industry

Proven track record of successfully preparing and reviewing detailed, accurate cost estimates and tenders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Proficient in using construction estimating software and MS Office suite

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
