About the role:

• Read house plans and soil reports to design screw pile foundations.
• Reading house plans to markup jobs.
• Support installation crews and distributors with technical advice.
• Help answer phones and assist with occasional site testing (training provided).
• Use internal system "Pile Ops" to manage plans and job data.

About you:

• Any relevant qualifications in Building & Construction
• Previous experience as an Estimating Assistant, Construction Cadet, or Project Coordinator
• Time spent with civil contractors, groundworks, piling, or earthmoving businesses
• Basic ability to read and interpret plans, sections, and elevations
• Numeracy and attention to detail (especially for measurements and cost inputs)
• Clear communicator - both written (quotes/emails) and verbal (internal team, suppliers)
