Join a purpose-driven healthcare organisation that makes a real difference in people's lives every day. This healthcare organisation provides services to public patients and has over 10 general practices around Australia. You will support a busy team and be the first point of contact for customers. This is an immediate start for an initial 4 week assignment, located in Greensborough 3088. Morning shift is 7:45am-1:15pm, and afternoon shift is 1pm-6:15pm.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting customers
• Managing bookings and patients’ details
• Providing patients with relevant booking details
• Data entry
• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person
• Liaising with hospitals regarding referrals and bookings

To Be Successful:

• Previous experience in a medical receptionist role or a similar industry
• Personable and proffesional
• High level of attention and confidentiality
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
• High level of organisational skills and ability to multitask
