About the Role....

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You’ll build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is ready to take ownership of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM records

Conduct market research and identify emerging trends and opportunities

Prepare quotes, business cases, and negotiate pricing within guidelines

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Promote Gaia’s value proposition and build long-term client partnerships

Contribute to sales and marketing strategies and promotional activities

What we’re looking for

Proven success in sales, ideally in agribusiness, waste-to-energy, or environmental science

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment

Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental science, sustainability, or related field (preferred)

Proficiency in Office 365 and CRM systems

Passion for sustainability and innovation
