A supportive team manager – you know how to get the best out of others with encouragement and accountability
Digitally fluent – you embrace systems, software, and AI tools to streamline operations

Key Responsibilities
Monitor, implement, create and oversee systems that ensure service excellence across all teams
Implement and improve NDIS-compliant procedures
Build out checklists, policies, and performance tracking for all departments
Support, manage and supervise the operation compliance and rostering teams
Track and report on KPIs, budgets, and compliance metrics
Act as a key support to the CEO and management team ensuring vision is translated into sustainable operations
Troubleshoot and prevent issues before they escalate
Support the implementation of new technology and AI systems
Ensure our service users receive consistent, high-quality, and person-centred support

This role is for someone who:
Has 5+ years of operations, executive admin, or systems management experience
