About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organized Accounts Officer to join our team at Play Performance in Molendinar, Queensland. As a full-time Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. What you'll be doing

Processing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable

Preparing and analyzing financial reports and statements

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records

Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting activities

What we're looking for

At least 1-3 years of experience in an accounts officer or similar role

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in using accounting software Zero and Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and customer service skills
