Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our clients' onboarding and workflow – from initial contact to annual review.

This role is offered on a full time basis working 100% remotely.

Responsibilities:

Take control of the new client onboarding, implementation and review workflow. Delegating workflow & tasks to our experienced offshore team.

Be the point of contact for clients and assist with any queries in a timely manner.

Oversee the engagement and renewal of fee consents.

Update Xplan to ensure client records are accurate.

Liaise with referral partners providing updates on mutual clients progress.

Collaborate with internal teams to address queries.

About You:

Must have experience working in a financial advice firm, completing the various tasks listed above.

Must have experience with Xplan.

Excellent communication skills and highly organised.

Knowledge around SMSF desired.
