About the Role

You’ll work alongside experienced lawyers in a fully remote environment, supporting clients and legal consultants with high-quality paralegal support. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in an agile, tech-driven, and collaborative setting—where high standards are matched by real work-life balance.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Preparing court documents, correspondence, and briefing material for Counsel

Managing legal files independently with minimal supervision

Communicating with clients, lawyers, and courts

Performing legal research and supporting case development

Working with leading practice management systems (including LEAP)

Contributing to process improvements and internal knowledge resources

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:

Has solid paralegal experience within Australian legal practice

Can operate files independently and manage case flow effectively

Is confident briefing Counsel and handling key client interactions

Has strong proficiency in LEAP, Microsoft 365, and other platforms and collaboration tools

Has access to a quiet WFH setup with cabled NBN (min. 12Mbps download speed)

Possesses valid Australian/NZ work rights

Brings an inclusive, collegiate, and professional attitude to the team
