We’re on the lookout for a motivated Graduate Financial Adviser / Associate to join our advice team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or final-year student who is passionate about financial planning and eager to build a long-term career in the advice industry.

Role Overview:
As a Graduate Financial Adviser / Associate, you’ll support our senior advisers in delivering tailored strategies to our clients. You’ll be involved in plenty of meetings, strategy development, research, compliance documentation, and client communication. This role offers a clear development pathway towards the professional year and is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in a high-trust, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend client meetings and assist with notetaking and preparation.

Assist with preparing and implementing financial advice strategies across superannuation (Including SMSF), investments, insurance, and retirement planning

Conduct product and investment research to support advice recommendations

Communicate with clients regarding advice implementation and follow-ups

Liaise with financial institutions, insurers, and platform providers

Skills & Experience:

Completed (or near completion of) a FASEA-accredited degree in financial planning or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication – both written and verbal

A keen eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced advisers
