As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Graduate Financial Adviser / Associate to join our advice team and begin a rewarding, long-term career in financial planning.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Financial Adviser / Associate, you’ll work directly alongside our Head Financial Planner and receive personalised mentoring in a hands-on, client-focused environment. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year student who is eager to gain practical experience across the full advice process, with a clear pathway toward the professional year and authorised adviser status.

Key Responsibilities:

· Attend client meetings and assist with file notes, data collection and strategy preparation.

· Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies across superannuation (including SMSFs), investments, insurance, and retirement planning

· Conduct research on products, investments, and legislation to support advice development

· Liaise with product providers, insurers, and platform administrators

· Maintain client communication and follow-up throughout the advice process

What you Bring:

· Completion (or near completion) of a FASEA-accredited degree in financial planning

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· High attention to detail with sound analytical and problem-solving skills

· A proactive and professional attitude, with a genuine interest in client outcomes

· A willingness to grow, learn, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
