Purpose: To deliver drink orders according to Standard Operating Procedures and KPI speed, offering friendly & polite customer service, working together in a team to achieve daily sales targets and keeping the store clean and safe

Tasks:

• Make and serve drink orders according to SOPs & deliver to customer within KPI timeframes

• Self-study of SOPs and complete regular Written and Practical SOP tests

• Take customer orders, including offering recommendations and up-selling

• Operate the POS system and other cash handling duties

• Prep daily ingredients according to the daily quantities required

• Ensure all ingredient supplies are topped up

• Ensure supplies of cups, straws, cup holders, bags and cup lids are topped up

• Check, sign off and unpack store deliveries

• Record temperatures of all fridges daily

• Keep all equipment/utensils and all parts of the store clean, tidy and safe (including the toilets)

• Complete required store Checklists

• Participate in Team Meetings & Training Sessions

• Implement tasks as directed by supervisor and/or manager
