Site Manager – Industrial Projects
📍 Melbourne (SE, North, West & Geelong)
💰 $110K–$140K + super (depending on experience)

We’re working with a leading construction group delivering high-quality industrial builds across Melbourne. With several new projects kicking off next month, we’re on the hunt for experienced Site Managers to join the team.

If you’ve led commercial or industrial builds before, know how to keep a site running like a machine, and can roll up your sleeves when needed this one’s for you.

The Role:
You’ll be overseeing industrial builds from the ground up, managing trades, schedules, site safety, and delivering milestones all with support from a solid office-based team.

Locations:
Opportunities available across the southeast, north, west, and Geelong regions.

What You’ll Need to Bring:
✔ White Card (non-negotiable)
✔ Cert IV in OHS and First Aid preferred (but not essential)
✔ Strong communication & leadership skills
✔ Proven experience managing subcontractors and site timelines
✔ Ability to take ownership and be across everything happening on site
✔ Bonus points for a background in industrial construction
