The Role:
As a Pharmacy Territory Manager, you will manage a defined geographic territory and be responsible for developing strong pharmacy relationships, driving product sales, and supporting in-store execution and education.
This role gives you the chance to contribute to the success of both established and emerging brands across the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy customers.
Drive product sales and ensure store-level compliance.
Educate pharmacy staff and support brand knowledge and sell-through.
Implement merchandising displays and in-store promotions.
Develop cycle plans to ensure full coverage and consistent performance.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and report territory activity.
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmacy, OTC, or healthcare sales
Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and think commercially
Organised and proactive with strong territory planning skills
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a national team
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Must live on territory – this is a field-based role and local knowledge is essential
Must have permanent work rights in Australia
