Position Overview

Our client is seeking a seasoned Accountant to take on a full-time role within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for someone who is confident managing a broad range of financial duties, from payroll to financial reporting, and someone who enjoys contributing to both day-to-day operations and broader business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling all aspects of Accounts Payable and Receivable

Running Payroll (QuickBooks experience is highly regarded)

Producing monthly Profit & Loss statements

Performing bank reconciliations and managing routine banking tasks

Assist with product costing and cost analysis

Maintaining accurate financial records and trial balances

Supporting management with financial insights and reporting

What You’ll Bring:

A solid background in accounting, with hands-on experience in AP, AR, and Payroll

Proven ability to generate accurate monthly reports and financial statements

High attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work

Self-motivation and the ability to work well independently and within a team

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Previous experience in a small or family-operated business is an advantage
