About the role

Zealifi is seeking a Club Manager for an established club Bayside in Brisbane . As the Club Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, promotions, marketing and strategic direction of this vibrant bowls club. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a small team and contribute to the growth and success of the club.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Leading the day to day operations of the club (Gaming and Food and Beverage Service).

Maintain a daily hands on and leadership role in services across club operations.

Plan, implement and supervise Club Marketing and promotions activities.

Assist the board of management develop operational and strategic plans.

Monitor and report on the club's financial performance and identified key performance indicators monthly to the management committee.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of passionate customer service super stars.

What we're looking for

Experience in sports club operations and promotion of functions and events to the wider community.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Ability to manage finances, budgets and compliance.

Experience in planning, implementing and delivering effctive marketing and promotions activities.

Experience in managing point of sales and admin and back of house systems.

Clear and customer focussed communication skills.

Be the holder of current RSA and RSG statements of attainment, RMLV certification and ideally hold AML/CTF certification and First Aid (CPR) (if not already held will be organised by the club for the selected candidate).
