About the Venue:
Birkdale Sports Club is a community and sports precinct located in Birkdale QLD. Formed in 1994, the club is home to five affiliated clubs: Redlands Darts Association, Muddies Cricket Club, Capalaba Amateur Fishing Club, Birkdale Bridge Club & The Buffalos Club.

With the Olympics around the corner, and water sports being a walk from the club house, our team and members are ready to take the next step towards building a centrepiece for community within Birkdale.

About the Role:
As our Club Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure our members and guests enjoy exceptional service. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, implementing marketing initiatives, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in club or hospitality management
✅ Strong leadership and team-building skills
✅ Experience managing weekly functions and events
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to manage finances, budgets, and compliance
✅ Passionate about community engagement and entertainment
✅ RMLV | Approved Managers License | Gaming Nominee
✅ Experience managing POS and Back Office systems
✅ Common sense
