About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Narayan Solutions pty ltd T/A Nepean Rubber and Plastics as a full-time Sales Specialist/BDM. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth for our company. The role is based in our office in St Marys NSW 2760 with the option for some remote work.

What you'll be doing

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your allocated territory

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Understand customer needs and requirements and provide tailored solutions

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals

Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and learning

Provide feedback to the marketing team to help improve lead generation

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a new business development or sales specialist role, preferably within the Rubber and plastics industry

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships

Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team

Knowledge in rubber and plastics
