Our client is a well known Strata Management firm in Brisbane and Gold Coast. Queensland based, family owned and operated.
Our Client owns and operates a number of successful Strata firms, and each of their businesses are client focused and provide the highest level of service. Their staff receive a wealth of support from across the group, leveraging off senior personnel with different backgrounds and skill sets. They pride themselves on mentoring their teams and providing modern interactive workspaces to assist staff to perform at their best.
Currently, they have a great opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager to join their tight knit team on the Gold Coast. The team is small to medium, very sociable, inclusive, enjoy a laugh and most importantly are highly successful.
Finish work and be out the door at 4.30pm!
About the role
Day to day management of a very healthy portfolio
Communication with owners and strata committees where required, promptly and efficiently
Prepare, attend and run various meetings both in the office and onsite as required
Understand and be able to relay technical information
Assist the body corporate with arranging contractors
Manage insurance claims and renewals
Work autonomously
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Ideally our client is looking for somebody who can possess the following skills:
Relevant experience in managing a portfolio as a Strata Manager.
Understanding of QLD legislation.
Knowledge of StrataMax and StrataVote preferred.
Professional, consistent, and reliable attitude.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
High attention to detail.
Above all, you will be proactive, passionate and hard-working person who has confidence in your own ability and have an emphasis on providing a customer-focused strata service.
