This isn’t a role for just anyone. It’s designed for a seasoned Strata Manager who’s looking to take the lead on a premium portfolio with high-end clients, well-run buildings, and be supported by a well established and highly capable internal team.

THE ROLE:

• Managing a mixed-use portfolio of high-value buildings (size depends on experience and capabilities)
• Trusted as the key contact for owners, committees, and contractors
• Confident running AGMs, budgets, compliance, and capital works
• Calmly navigate complex issues
• Training and mentoring junior staff members
• Attending industry seminars and events

ABOUT YOU:

• 3+ years in strata management
• Understanding of QLD Strata legislation
• High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence across financials, compliance, and building operations
• A calm, solutions-first approach that earns client trust
