Cobb Lane is seeking an Experienced Baker to join our passionate and motivated team creating beautiful baked goods for the people of Melbourne.

About You:

This opportunity is suited for a qualified baker who is looking to work with a supportive team to progress their career. You will:

Ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in baking

Have experience with artisan sourdough and yeasted bread

Have knowledge of natural fermentation and yeasted dough techniques

Excellent hand moulding skills

Can work in a team environment and communicate effectively

Attention to detail and quality control

Positive attitude

Day shifts: Starting between 6am - 9am, 8 hour shifts
