About the Role

As one of our bakers, you will work along side a high performing and experienced team who work well together, to produce consistently high quality range of bread, pastries and other baked goods for our customers.

Tasks & responsibilities

Be able to perform all baking functions. Mixing, processing and baking. Compliance with WHS & Food Safety Operate in a clean and safe working environment

To bake quality bread to meet customer demand

To maintain a safe and clean work environment.

To train and develop Apprentice Baker's and Baker's Assistant's.

Qualifications & experience

Experience preferred but not essential. We can train you where required.
