My client is a privately-owned distribution company that has a strong reputation in Victoria. Due to a recent vacancy, they require a Human Resources Manager on a permanent basis to lead the Human Resources function.

Your new role
Reporting to the GM, the HR Manager is responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources Services, Policies and Programs. You will design, drive and deliver on operational initiatives across the business. In this role you will lead employee lifecycle activities, learning & development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, training and safety.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced Human Resources professional who has at least 7 years in a Blue-Collar environment. You must have excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to empower your team and develop their skills.

What you'll get in return
With a salary of around $100,000 + super, this role will offer you exposure to all facets of HR and allow you to drive the HR function.
