The Role
As our People, Culture & Compliance Manager, you’ll be a trusted strategic partner and culture champion. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll lead the entire employee lifecycle, deliver scalable people solutions, and uphold our high standards for health, safety, environment, and quality. Your leadership will shape a people-first, high-performance culture, attract and retain top talent, and ensure our compliance practices support our ambitious growth.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, engagement, and retention.
• Design and deliver scalable people strategies that support growth and foster a thriving, values-driven culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all things people, culture, and compliance.
• Champion Pipe Doctor’s core values and embed a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and fun.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HSEQ legislation and internal standards, promoting a physically and psychologically safe workplace.
• Coach and support managers to build leadership capability and maintain a high-performance environment.
• Drive continuous improvement in people and compliance practices to meet the needs of a dynamic, fast-growing business.
What You Bring
· 5+ years in a People & Culture, HR, or Compliance leadership role.
· Strong understanding of employment legislation, modern Awards and compliance frameworks.
· Ability to think strategically while confidently handling both administrative tasks and on-the-ground, hands-on execution.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trust at all levels.
· A proactive and commercial mindset with the passion to align people strategies with business success.
· Proven ability to build inclusive, values-driven, high-performing cultures in operational or industrial environments.
