The Lambert Capital Property Credit Fund is a leading non-bank lender seeking a highly driven and technically strong Relationship Manager / Credit Analyst to join our Property Development Finance Team on a full-time basis. Work alongside and with some of Australia’s wealthiest and most successful Family Offices in our new Level 45 Melbourne CBD office.

Key responsibilities include:

Verification, completion and submission of property construction loan applications ($5M to $15M+) and supporting documentation

Credit Assessment and ongoing monitoring of lending / construction loan drawdowns.

Communication and liaison with clients and service providers.

New business development supported by high-profile BDM

Provide accurate and timely responses to queries raised by external advisors and internal stakeholders, including the board & shareholders

Experience & attributes:

To be successful in this role you will possess outstanding client service skills as well as the proven abilities required to efficiently perform the liaison & credit analysis components of the position.

Previous experience in the Banking, Property, Construction Lending or Mortgage Fund sectors is essential.

Degree in Business, Accounting, or Property with strong academic results

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Property Development Finance

Experience in commercial lending is advantageous

Keen attention to detail, problem solving & proactive organisational skills

Time management skills to meet stakeholder deadlines

Fluid approach to negotiating, decision making and relationship building

Track record of achieving targets and KPIs

Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel modelling)

Transferable communication skills across all levels of our organisation

Dealing and networking with family office & high net worth clients
