We’re on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic Events & Client Services Assistant to join our Sydney head office team. In this unique dual role, you’ll work across two departments, reporting to the National Events Manager and the National Client Accounts Manager. You'll support the execution of boutique industry events and play a vital role in managing relationships with key A&D clients and suppliers.
This is a full-time role that involves travelling to events nationally.

Your Core Responsibilities
Events Support
Assist with the planning and delivery of national events and showroom tours
Coordinate logistics, venues, supplier communications, and post-event wrap-ups
Support database management and campaign coordination
Liaise with exhibitors
Assist with sending EDMs
Attend and assist at The Arc Agency events and other industry activations
Upload event content to the web and social channels
EventsAir knowledge a plus
Client Services Support
Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and suppliers
Cold calling to book in presentations
Coordinate presentation bookings and logistics
Maintain CRM data accurately (Salesforce/HubSpot experience a plus)
Support business growth by engaging with clients and identifying opportunities
Assist in preparing client reports and presentation outcomes
Attending face-to-face and online presentations throughout the week
Arrange catering for the scheduled presentations as required
Skills Required

Comfortable with Cold Calling: Confident on the phone and calling cold

Flexible & Adaptive: Able to move seamlessly between client-focused tasks and event support as needed
Experience
Experience in events, administration, or coordination roles will be highly regarded
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with EventsAir is a strong advantage
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce will be considered highly valuable
