Our client is a volume brand, multi franchised new car dealership located in the Castle Hill area of Sydney. They seek an experienced Assistant Service Manager looking for an opportunity with real future career potential. This is a volume operation with a loyal customer base. The role is well rewarded with high customer satisfaction and a strong, supportive management structure. In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will be required to possess previous experience as an Assistant Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor, gained in a franchised new car dealership. You are capable of communicating at all levels, are organised and well presented. You are looking for a long term, career role and are located within a reasonable commute. You are ready to take the next step in your career and lead the team with your exceptional customer service and your natural camaraderie with your colleagues.

The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer of around $70k, plus a generous commission structure, super and car or car allowance.
