HOW WE WORK
At Hockeys we work in a pod system that provides you with plenty of support and room to grow and progress. As such you will be working alongside and supported by an experienced and knowledgeable team.
YOUR PART IN IT
On a daily basis you will be assisting the senior property manager in all tasks outlined but not limited to the below:
- Rental Open Homes and follow ups
- Tenant & Client Liaison by phone, text & email
- General Repairs & Maintenance
- Arranging & Conducting In-goings, Outgoings & Routine Inspections
- Lease Preparation & Signings
- Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
- Rent Arrears Management
ABOUT YOU
This is an opportunity for you to assist the team in providing excellent customer service to clients whilst developing your own skills and career.
You will be super keen, eager, and ready to dive into this opportunity! We are seeking a motivated and determined individual to prove themselves to our award-winning agency. Previous Real Estate experience is essential, as well as having a current Certificate of Registration and drivers license. Your own car is preferred but not essential as we have a company car. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills are essential.
YOUR PROVEN TRACK RECORD
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Previous real estate experience in a diverse administration role within a similar environment
Team player who contributes energy and enthusiasm to the team with a 'can-do' attitude
Mandarin-speaking capabilities are an advantage, but not essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to prioritise your work to meet conflicting priorities and deadlines.
Proficient with technology including Google docs, iPhone, iPad, Windows & PC.
