About the Role
Working in the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor (SDVC) executive services team, you will be part of a highly collaborative team, working closely with the Senior Project Coordinator to support the Chief TAFE Officer in delivering VU TAFE’s priorities.
An example of duties you may perform will include:
Provide a range of high level administrative, executive and project services that support the Chief TAFE Officer and CEO of TAFE
Act as a point of contact for TAFE internal and external enquiries, providing excellent customer service and ensuring effective communication across the University and external stakeholders.
Proactively plan and organise the Chief TAFE Officer and CEO of TAFE’s diverse and complex commitments, including events, internal and external committees, correspondence and communications and other management requirements.
This is a full time continuing position at a HEP 6 classification with salary range being, $88,691 - $96,001 per annum working 36.75 hours per week.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Strong organisational, communication and project skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to develop and implement sound solutions, alongside a focus on continuous business improvement.
Highly developed skills in all aspects of the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to support the creation of content that enables VU’s complete digital footprint
The ability to deal with a high volume workload, competing priorities and unexpected events, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Collaborative working approach and a keen team player.
