Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee financials, admin, reporting, and act as the central point of coordination for our Port Melbourne office. You’ll also manage team resourcing and scheduling, maintain ISO accreditation, update SOPs and templates, and ensure HR and OH&S policies are compliant and current.

We’re looking for someone proactive and tech-savvy, with a keen interest in using AI and automation to improve how we work.

Key Responsibilities

Financial oversight, reporting, and budget management

Office administration and operational leadership

Project resourcing and team scheduling

Maintain ISO accreditation, SOPs, HR and OH&S policies

Champion digital tools and AI for improved efficiencies

What You’ll Bring

Experience in business or operations management (consulting or technical services ideal)

Strong financial and compliance acumen, including ISO and audit exposure

Skilled in process documentation, scheduling, and team leadership

Comfortable with AI tools and driving digital transformation
