About the role

Cirka' is seeking a talented and experienced Business Applications (Dynamics 365) Manager to join our growing team. In this full-time role based in South Yarra you will be responsible for leading the strategic implementation and management of our Dynamics 365 business applications. This is a pivotal position that will have a direct impact on the successful delivery of our company's technology initiatives.

You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of Cirka’s applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and that systems are optimised for performance and a great end-user experience.

What you'll be doing

Drive and deliver the applications strategy for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring alignment with the Cirka’s strategic and business objectives.

Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer Insights, Field Service) to meet evolving business needs.

Manage security roles and permissions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, ensuring appropriate access in accordance with relevant legislation and business requirements.

Plan, coordinate, and manage product releases including overseeing product or feature rollout, people change management processes and post-release review.

Design and complete user acceptance testing (UAT) along with provision of end-user training and support throughout system change processes.

Partner with teams across the business to gather information, insights and pain points as part of a continuous improvement program. Analyse information to address issues and implement solutions which align with system priorities and business objectives or needs.

Identify and engage with stakeholders through discovery sessions to capture detailed technical and functional requirements that support the businesses operating model.

Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals, and prioritising initiatives based on stakeholder impact and business value.

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in relevant fields such as Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management & Systems or related.

Demonstrable experience at Business Applications Manager level, working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service, Sales, CE, Business Central). Including design, configuration, implementation and optimisation of one or more applications.

Strong understanding of business application security models and the best practice implementation of such models.

Understanding of project management methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid models) and change management principles and practices.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience in collaborating with internal and external users, with an ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Strong planning and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Strong critical thinking, decision-making skills in response to high-pressure situations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and acts with credibility, integrity and independence, constructively challenging decisions when required.

Effective leadership and management skills and a team player, ability to adapt and change in a growing business environment and support achievement of business objectives.
