We’re not looking for a channel monkey. We’re after someone who can think like a strategist, plan like a project manager, and implement like a pro.

This role is a hybrid of strategic guidance and hands-on execution. You'll steer integrated digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email, and Organic Social—while owning the day-to-day nuts and bolts that turn strategy into measurable impact.

Your sweet spot is working across platforms and touch points, aligning campaigns with broader business goals. You're comfortable in client meetings, confident in front of a dashboard, and skilled at making complex problems look simple.

Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Client Growth

Develop and drive multi-channel marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Meta / LinkedIn, Email, Organic Social).

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Creative Leads to shape go-to-market approaches for new and existing clients.

Contribute to sales proposals, estimates, and quoting—bringing marketing acumen to early-stage scoping.

Represent marketing in new business pitches and help identify growth opportunities in existing retainers.

Implementation & Channel Expertise

Own end-to-end execution across (in order of importance and experience):

SEM (Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max)

SEO (with support from our development team on the technical side)

Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit)

Organic Social (with creative team support)

Email Marketing (Klaviyo, Dotdigital, HubSpot, etc.)

Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts and agency colleagues to turn briefs and data into insights, action and results.

Manage audience segmentation, creative briefing, campaign setup, testing, QA, and reporting.

Account Management & Project Delivery

Be a familiar face to clients: lead regular meetings, present strategy updates, manage expectations, and capture meeting notes.

Coordinate delivery timelines, resourcing, and collaboration with project managers, subject matter experts and creatives.

Ensure billing, estimates, and client communications are timely, accurate, and aligned with project scope.

You’re a Fit If You:

Have 3+ years experience across a broad digital mix (agency or client-side).

Thrive in multi-tasking environments and love bringing simplicity to the complex.

Are equally strategic and hands-on—you can write the plan and roll up your sleeves to get it done.

Have a working knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, dotdigtal, GA4, and project management tools such as Monday.com.

Communicate like a human, not a jargon bot. Your tone is warm, clear, and confident.

Respect the process, but know when to move fast and improvise.

Enjoy collaboration and don’t need your hand held. We’ll back your thinking—but you’ll need to own it.

Bonus Points for:

Experience working with eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).

Familiarity with UX/UI principles and how design decisions impact marketing outcomes.

Basic creative direction chops—enough to brief well and give thoughtful feedback.
