We’re on the lookout for a motivated Trade Sales Specialist to join one of our Inner West Sydney locations. Whether you come from a background in retail, sales, or the trades, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a thriving, nationally recognised brand.

About the Role
As a Trade Sales Specialist, your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting customers both in-store and over the phone
• Offering expert product knowledge and tailored tool advice
• Promoting current deals and special offers
• Resolving customer queries with a focus on service and satisfaction
• Maintaining store presentation and merchandising standards
• Working one weekend shift as part of an 11-day rotating roster

• A strong customer service mindset
• A proven ability to meet sales goals and performance targets
• Experience or interest in power tools (preferred but not essential)
