With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking two experienced Site Managers to join their growing team one based in the CBD, the other in the Western Suburbs.

THE ROLE & YOU

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Must have delivered projects as a Site Manager overseeing trades
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering relevant commercial and/or industrial projects across diverse sectors
• Previous experience delivering projects for blue chip end clients
• Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors
• Work with likeminded individuals who value good humor & easy-going work environments
