Commercial Builder seeking Senior Site Manager to coordinate fitouts up to $25m across multiple sectors

Salary: $170k - $220k + Super

Your new role

• Lead and oversee multiple or complex projects, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality results.
  
• Manage project budgets, maintaining financial control and efficiency.
  
• Coordinate with clients, handling high-level communications and negotiations.
  
• Implement quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets required standards.
  
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring safe and efficient project completion.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree: In Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field ideal
  
• Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
  
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, materials, and building codes
  
• Safety Standards: Excellent understanding of safety and quality standards
  
• Regulations: In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations
