Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Hotel Accountant who’s ready for something different—someone who wants to move beyond internal hotel finance and step into a client-facing, strategic advisory role.

This is your opportunity to bring your hospitality accounting expertise into a broader platform, where you’ll work directly with a CFO, lead the financial function for multiple clients, and shape the financial performance of growing Australian businesses.

What You’ll Do:

• Use your hotel and hospitality experience to oversee the finance function for a select portfolio of clients

• Deliver insightful monthly reporting, departmental P&L analysis, and tailored financial commentary

• Collaborate with our CFO and advisory team to help clients understand their numbers and make confident decisions

• Lead a team of bookkeepers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and accurate financial data

• Implement systems, controls, and improvements that enhance performance and accountability

• Liaise with external accountants, advisors, and internal client teams

What You Bring:

• A degree in accounting or a related field, and CPA qualification

• At least 3+ years’ experience in hotel or hospitality accounting roles

• A strong foundation in reporting, budgeting, and departmental profitability analysis

• Experience working with Xero, MYOB, Excel, and reporting tools

• Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset

• A desire to grow into a more strategic, client-facing role

• Strong Service based industry focus
