4-Month Temporary Financial Accountant Role

Broad financial accountant role with a focus on financial statements and year-end reporting

Central CBD location – paying $55 - $60/hr + super for a 4-month temporary position

The Role

Assisting the Head of Finance with the preparation of financial statements

Maintaining Fixed Asset Register, journal preparation and processing, general ledger reconciliations to ensure they balance, and that any discrepancies or variations are investigated and corrected

Preparation of BAS, FBT and relevant reports

Assisting with both internal and external auditors with regard to audits of accounting procedures and records

Lease Accounting

Your Background

To be considered for this opportunity, they are looking for someone with:

CA or CPA qualification is highly desirable

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar financial accountant position

Strong English communication skills

Immediately available to start
