About the Role
Reporting to the Quality and Operations Manager, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to assist with all internal business operations, including customer service, administration, accounts and warehousing.
Your Responsibilities
Office/Administrative tasks, including travel bookings, stationery and office supply ordering, meeting and event organisation, filing, minute taking and document preparation
Customer Service tasks, including email and phone enquiries, quote preparation and client order processing
Accounts tasks, including data entry, processing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and assisting with month-end accounts
Support the team with a variety of tasks, such as document reviews, and data entry.
Warehouse tasks, including stock control, ordering, packaging, receipt and dispatch
What You Will Bring
This full-time position will suit someone who:
Is accurate, reliable and has a strong work ethic
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has the ability to work independently with guided supervision
Is proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
Has strong customer service skills and is people orientated
Has excellent time management skills and is well organised
