An exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our thriving and progressive business.
About us
RMT is a fast-growing IT managed service provider with a strong regional presence, known for delivering cutting-edge IT solutions and exceptional client service as one of the few Telstra Platinum partners in Australia. We are looking to for another Administrative Assistant to support our growth, based in our Armidale NSW office location.

About the role
As an Administrative Assistant at RMT, you will work within an experienced team to provide efficient administrative support to the Operations Manager, Administrative Accounts Officer, and the RMT team as a whole.
Some key responsibilities of the role include:
Providing quality frontline client service to RMT clients in a positive and professional manner
Courteously and efficiently handling enquiries received in person, by telephone or email
Screening incoming calls in a professional manner directing, as required, to team members, taking messages when necessary, and creating support tickets accurately
Scheduling and management of the travel arrangements for RMT team members
Ordering and receiving of stock and co-ordination of freight movements (incoming/outbound)
Preparation and issuing of basic quoting of IT hardware and software
Providing support to manage expense lodgements
Working with the Accounts Officer to manage debtors
Assisting with Marketing and HR
About you
General administration experience, excellent communication and client service skills
Experience and skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
A systematic and organised approach with a strong attention to detail
High level of computer literacy and good written and verbal communication skills
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
MYOB experience, desirable
Competence in the use of ticketing systems, desirable
Experience in the IT industry or a professional office environment will be highly regarded
