Site Manager
Design & Build Recruitment is working with a highly respected tier 3 construction and development company. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, our client takes pride in creating long lasting relationships through excellent service, and quality of the end project. Our client is looking for a Brisbane based site manager to run a mixed use commercial full D&C project. This is a permanent and long term position with other projects in the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, & subcontractors
• Develop and implement construction schedules
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality
• Foster a positive, high performing, & collaborative working environment
• Keep on top of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project compliance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial new build projects $30M+
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices
• Excellent leadership
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced construction environment
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
• Values teamwork and camaraderie
