They are now looking for an experienced Site Manager with an ability to handle different project types in the Commercial space to join the team as their project load continues to grow.

Your New Role
As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate trades and subcontractors, manage site safety, maintain schedules, and ensure quality standards are upheld throughout. Projects range across quick-service restaurants, leisure facilities, and general commercial builds ranging up to $10m. This is a Monday to Friday role — no weekends, no night shifts — ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and leads by example on site. There will be some travel associated with the role, rotating through other Site Managers and based on personal situations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, WHS, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and site operations with minimal supervision
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge across fitout, refurb, and build will be highly advantageous
• Experience with QSR/Commercial kitchens will be highly regarded
• QBCC Supervisors License not required but preferrred
• Trade background or relevant construction qualifications
