An exciting opportunity for a senior site manager to join a privately owned, mid-tier commercial construction company. Our client has a steady pipeline of projects and are looking for someone to join them for the long term.

You will be working on luxury multi residential projects based in Brisbane valued $100M +. Proven experience working as a site manager on mid to high rise apartments is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, & subcontractors
• Develop and implement construction schedules
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality
• Foster a positive, high performing, & collaborative working environment
• Keep on top of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project compliance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial new build projects $30M+
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices
• Excellent leadership
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced construction environment
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
• Values teamwork and camaraderie
