We’re on the hunt for a super-organised Bookkeeper / Office Admin legend to join the team behind BUBBLEBOY – Australia’s freshest, most feel-good juice and smoothie bar.

This isn’t your average back-office gig. We’re growing fast, and we need someone who can keep our books balanced, our team supported, and our HQ humming. If you’ve got a knack for numbers, love a good spreadsheet, and don’t mind the occasional smoothie shout, read on.

🍍 What you’ll be doing

Keeping our accounts squeaky clean – from payables and receivables to payroll and bank recs

Prepping BAS, PAYG, and keeping us on the ATO’s good side

Owning the admin – answering queries, organising files, wrangling calendars

Ordering office supplies, managing deliveries, and making sure HQ runs like a dream

Jumping in on special projects and supporting the leadership team when needed

🥝 What we’re looking for

Experience in bookkeeping or office admin (bonus points if you’ve worked with small biz!)

Master with Xero – your confident with on the line

Microsoft Excel is your happy place

You’re organised, reliable, and secretly love a to-do list

Top-notch communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first team

Casual flexibility – with room to grow
