What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full-function bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Compliance tasks including BAS, IAS, TPAR, QBCC, WorkCover, QLeave, superannuation, and payroll
- Managing employee records and ensuring accurate, confidential data handling
- Preparing contracts, certificates, and other project-related documentation
- Providing general office support and occasional PA duties for senior staff
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping (or higher) and 5+ years of hands-on experience
- Proficient in Xero with a strong understanding of payroll and general accounts
- Previous exposure to the construction industry (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Confident using MS Office; marketing experience a bonus
