About the Company
Eyecare Plus is a member organisation made up of 120 independent optometry practices located across regional and metro areas within Australia. At Eyecare Plus National Office we provide our members with specialised support and services across a range of different areas including business administration, development and marketing.
About the role
This diverse role provides crucial support to our Members, Strategic Partners and entire organisation ensuring seamless operations through relationship building and office administration processes. You will work closely with the Business Operations Manager and the General Manager, providing support in implementing the Strategic direction of Eyecare Plus Ltd.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage the on/off boarding of all new members & transfer of memberships
Ensure timely and accurate management of allocating member benefits
Complete monthly benchmark reports on members behalf including, generate and distribute the monthly benchmark reports
Build relationships with members, offering business administrative support and advice
Assist the High-Performance Manager organising member meetings, events & conferences
Assist with our Strategic Partner tender process
Stocking and ordering stationary & kitchen supplies.
Organising the phone roster and answering calls
Process Accounts Receivable, collection of overdue debts and reconciliations of monthly debtor statements
Liaise closely with Strategic Partners, building relationships and act as the point of contact for enquiries
Manage updates to our member web portal and Optom-Warehouse working collaboratively with our external stakeholder on new product ideas and inventory levels
Collecting, distributing and posting of mail and organising shipping/freight
What you will need to succeed?
Proven knowledge and experience in office administration role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to self-manage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
High level of attention to detail
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience in data bases or CRM systems
Book-Keeping experience preferably using MYOB
