A senior leadership opportunity exists for an accomplished Construction Manager to oversee residential project delivery across South Australia. Reporting to the State Building Manager, the role is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Site Managers to deliver high-quality residential builds safely, efficiently and within contractual timeframes. With a strong focus on performance management, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, the Construction Manager will ensure delivery standards are met or exceeded across safety, quality, customer experience and financial performance.

Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end construction supervision, managing trade performance, implementing scheduling efficiencies and maintaining robust site presentation and compliance. The successful candidate will play a central role in reducing expenditure through proactive risk mitigation and consistent application of quality assurance practices.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in residential construction management, a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and sound commercial acumen. Tertiary qualifications in building and construction (or related discipline), combined with advanced project coordination and communication skills, is essential.
